To Our Los Angeles Stunt Performers,

Our stunt community, in recent years, has suffered because of poor contract negotiations. As a result we're receiving less income, and significantly reduced residuals. We have also experienced a reduction of staff and representation in our stunt department.

As you are probably aware, our current leadership has halted committee work, and basic communications within our local. By doing so this has prevented our elected stunt leadership from addressing the current needs of our community.

Despite our stunt representatives greatly objecting, our union's National majority leadership has even gone so far as to remove our designated Stunt seat. It is crucial that we continue with our local majority to rebuild after the decimation of the last several months, and regain the importance of our community in the boardroom, and at the bargaining table.

Our objective is to assure your voice is heard and to make decisions that strengthen both the Stunt community as well as the entire SAG-AFTRA membership. We can only make a change if you vote.

With this call to action we also ask you to join us in voting for Matthew Modine for SAG-AFTRA National President and

Joely Fisher for SAG-AFTRA National Secretary-Treasurer.

The choice is clear, let’s elect leadership that will put Members First!

Please vote for us and the other MembershipFirst Candidates www.membershipfirst.com in our 2021 SAG-AFTRA Elections.
